Guided wine tastings at Casa Rural Agrolavia. The wines are from here, from the DOP Bullas; so are the tapas. Every tasting is led by the producer and a professional sommelier.
There are three formats:
Tasting 1 · €30 per person. Three wines chosen to your taste, with local tapas. It can also be done with craft beers or with alcohol-free drinks. There is a discount for groups of eight or more: write to us before booking and we will apply it.
Tasting 2 · The essence of Bullas · €50 per person. Five outstanding wines, a tasting of our own harvest olive oil, a pairing with a selection of local tapas, lunch or dinner with a main course, and a sweet gourmet surprise.
Tasting 3 · The fragrance of Bullas · €70 per person. The full food-and-wine experience: a pairing menu with a selection of seven of the best wines and vintages in the history of the DOP Bullas —whites, rosés and reds—, roast suckling pig as the main course, a tasting of our own extra virgin olive oil, a tasting of our organic mountain honeys, a sensory game of aromas, a tasting of organic and regenerative farming products —we are pioneers in the Region of Murcia and in Europe—, a traditional dessert and a sweet gourmet surprise.
